It is our premium grade soluble cutting oil especially development for aluminium machining . it is blended from refined mineral oil, emulsifier and other additives e.g Extreme pressure additive, biocide etc, it forms bio –stable translucent emulsion of “ oil in water” type , it has high emulsion stability in hard as well as soft water leading to excellent tool life and finish in metal removal operations, it is fortified with selected performance additives to provide greater dimensional accuracy to the work piece and easy removability of metal even during intricate machining operations, owing to its excellent bio-stability . it does not decompose to leave objectionable odour and cause discoloration and staining of the work- piece.
