ICCONOL
STCUT 480 is a low viscosity mineral oil blended with fatty oils
and chlorinated additives for honing of hardened steel where a high
degree of finish is required. This grade is very widely used on
transfer lines. It is also a preferred grade for honing steel liners.
It offers high degree of cooling, improved surface finish, excellent
flushing action and ensures long life to the honing stones. It reduces
fire hazard and improves shop hygiene vis a vis kerosene/turpentine. |
